Gallifrey lights

During work I had an idea and made a quick sketch [link] , later I started working on it. It took me quite some hours to finish it... but I like it ^_^
No references used, just my imagination. It's how I see the countryside of Gallifrey, if you don't know Dr Who, then it's just a different world for you ^__^
I used my own photos for the clouds and water; sun, lightning, stars are made with costum ps filters.
